The best fragrance and affordable alternative price
Send me my replacement bottle. I have been waiting since receiving this shipment. I am very disappointed with the customer service experience I have had. I own maybe 15 different Duppé fragrances. I love the product. I have referred at least a dozen customers to your products. But this customer service experience has really soured my perception of you.
By actually responding back to customers who had orders messed up and fix the problem instead of just ghosting them.
To whom it may concern As of September 19, 2026, I just received my shipment from your company. I noticed that one of the bottles was not filled to the top as the others and the color was off now this is a cologne that I have usually ordered from you before, and I noticed that the color was different even the smell was different. It wasn’t the same as it should be. I wear Layton love the cologne, but this one is not the usual as the one I previously had. I contacted your support team. They got back to me swiftly and promptly promising me to send me another bottle that was probably on the 20th, since then I’ve had to send two other emails asking where is the tracking number or are you going to send it or do I just need to return this. I was told no don’t return it. We will send you another bottle. Well here we are in the end of September. Still not heard anything from your company still not received the bottle that I asked for to replace the one that wasn’t full and didn’t smell like the original one so yes, I am extremely disappointed with your company. You seem not to be able to follow through on promises.
The scents have an “insect repellent” smell to them. I’ve had some of the Aventus original scents and they don’t smell like this.
Improve packaging
All the scents I choose smelled exactly the same except the duplicate of LV symphony. That one smelled bad, I’m truly disappointed and thought all the hype would be justified but it wasn’t.
2 orders of the same cologne leaking. Contacted Customer service and received a promise of replacement. Complete bullshit, all i got was the run around. Will never purchase again. Product is great service is lousy

I’ve gone through an entire bottle of Aspiration and it’s honestly one of my favorite fragrances from Duppé. It has that fresh citrus, clean, airy smell that made me want to wear it almost every day. I got a lot of compliments while wearing it, and people would always ask what I had on. It lasted around 7–9 hours for me and even longer on my clothes, which was impressive for a fresh scent. The quality for the price is hard to beat, and I liked it enough that I’m planning on ordering another bottle. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for an LV Imagination-inspired fragrance.

When I got my package, I have to be honest I was extremely doubtful, but I took a chance and I can say I don’t regret it one bit. I have yet to even spray any one of these colognes on me. One of the bottles leaked a little bit. The smell is extremely similar to the original. The potency is remarkable. I have a little bit on my fingers and I don’t wanna wash my hands now lol.
